Norway International Network (NIN)
NIN was launched on August 31, 2006 by alumni from the University of Oslo’s International Summer School (ISS) and some enthusiastic volunteers, in a spacious meeting room which was graciously provided by the foundation Mangfold i Arbeidslivet[1] (MiA). This was the place that NIN called home until MiA moved to a new location in January 2008.
NIN is to be an inclusive and dynamic association with the goal of building a social and professional network, in order to promote interaction between Norwegians and the international community, and to enrich their experience in Norway through Monthly Meetings and other events.
We organise monthly meetings with exciting guest speakers who share useful insight into professional and cultural life in Norway. Our “Needs and Leads” sessions at meetings and online discussions provide a forum for sharing and learning from each other. We also organise social activities in and around Oslo.
